For the couples who have done all the planning and just needs someone to take the reins in the final weeks and make sure the day runs without a hitch.

Includes:

  • Progress Meetings — We’ll have regular meetings to review planning, answer questions, and keep everything on track.
  • Vendor Management — I'll reach out to all vendors to confirm details, arrival times, and day-of responsibilities.
  • Timeline Creation — A precise, moment-by-moment schedule will be crafted and shared with vendors and your wedding party.
  • Full-Day Support — I will oversee vendor setup, keep the day on schedule, manage transitions, and be the the go-to problem solvers, so you can soak in every moment.

Planning  starting at $3,500

Designed for couples 8+ months out from their wedding, but need professional guidance and logistical support to bring all the pieces together. This package focuses strictly on planning and execution — no design elements included.

Includes:
  • Planning Support — I'll help fill in the gaps: recommending and connecting you with trusted vendors, reviewing contracts, and offering expert guidance to keep planning on track.
  • Vendor Curation – Personalized recommendations of trusted vendors that fit your style, budget, and vision.
  • Includes all services from the Coordination package.

Limited availability. Does not include creative design, styling, or decor sourcing.

Design Enhancement  starting at $1,000

Available as an enhancement to any planning package, this is ideal for couples who want help creating a cohesive, elevated visual experience for their wedding.

Includes:

  • Creative Consultation — I'll explore your style, theme, and vision to develop a personalized look and feel for your day.
  • Mood Board & Style Guide — You’ll receive a curated visual plan outlining colors, textures, décor inspiration, and layout ideas to guide design decisions.
  • Vendor Collaboration — I'll work with your florist, rental company, and other creative vendors to ensure all elements align with your design vision.

As soon as you have your date! I recommend booking the Planning package 
8+ months in advance, and Coordination package at least 2–3 months out.

Design services can be added at any point in the planning process, but the sooner we start, the more impact we can make!

Absolutely. I’m happy to jump in and work with the team you’ve already chosen. My goal is to help everything run smoothly, no matter how far along you are.

Definitely! Every couple’s needs are different, so I offer flexibility to tailor services based on where you are in the planning process and the kind of support you’re looking for.

Yes — I’ll be the one coordinating your wedding day from start to finish. Whether you’ve booked the Planning or Coordination packages, I’ll be onsite to manage vendors, guide the timeline, handle any last-minute issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Absolutely! The Design Enhancement can be paired with either package. It’s perfect for couples who want help crafting a cohesive, personalized look for their day — from mood boards to décor production and visual styling.

I understand that life happens. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 60 days’ notice. Refunds are not available after major milestones have begun, but I'll work with you on solutions.
